Payment and Renewal Terms
Seamless Payment Process: Your membership dues, as per your selected tier, will be charged according to the frequency you choose – monthly or annually. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Memberships are auto-renewed for uninterrupted service, but you can opt out of this feature anytime.
*Important to note: The Moja Steward Membership is provides a full scholarship to a child and requires a minimum membership commitment of 1 year. Please notify MOJA three months in advance if you decide to cancel your membership. 

Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your MOJA membership at any time. For MOJA Catalyst Members, please notify us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to ensure a smooth cancellation process. Cancellations will be effective from the end of your current paid period.

*Important to note: Since the Moja Steward Membership is directly linked to a full scholarship for a student, it has a cancellation period at least 3 months prior to the end of membership term.

Refund Policy
Understanding Our Refund Policy: While we hope you remain satisfied with the MOJA Experience, we understand circumstances change. Please note that our memberships are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your membership anytime to prevent future charges.
